REPORT
The reunion started with some tours of the School, including Big School, the chapel and the library. A particular highlight, for one group of old boys, was seeing the Chief Master attempting to put Sapientia together (and even helping out with this task!). The drinks reception tha followed was a great opportunity for everyone to catch up with old friends and to see some of the archive material. It was also a good chance to chat to some of the former teachers who were there, including Veslemoy Lunt. After a brief welcome from the Development Director everyone moved through to dinner in the School dining room. The dinner was another good chance for the OEs to catch up with each other and to enjoy the food which included apple pie and custard for pudding! The event ended with an enlightening speech from, and a question and answer session with, the Chief Master. It was then time for everyone to head home full of reawakened memories, renewed friendships...and apple pie.
