AGM 2014
All Old Edwardians were invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, held in the Ruddock Performing Arts Centre on Tuesday, 23 September 2014.

Drinks and a sandwich lunch were provided prior to the meeting in the Performing Arts Centre.
New Articles of Association
The OEA Committee has decided to update and modernise the Articles of Association in light of the School taking over administration of the OEA and one of the resolutions at the AGM was to adopt these changes. A summary of the key changes is enclosed. You can read and download the entire document below and a hard copy is also available at the School for reference. Where possible, we would like to refrain from sending copies of this document directly to Old Edwardians to save on postage.
