If you're looking for some live sporting action to watch over the coming weeks, keep an eye out for the following Old Edwardians.

Finn Azaz (2019)

Finn Azaz is a footballer who is currently on loan at Newport County from Aston Villa. The young midfielder is a product of the West Bromwich Albion Academy, which he joined at the age of nine. He went on loan to Cheltenham Town in August 2020, making his professional debut in the September. Finn joined Aston Villa in July 2021 and was immediately loaned out to Newport County. Since making his debut for Newport last August, he has scored six goals in 36 league appearances and was named EFL Young Player of the Month for January.

Paolo Odogwu (2015)

Paolo Odogwu

Paolo Odogwu is a rugby union player who plays as a winger for Premiership club Wasps. Paolo first picked up a rugby ball when he was at King Edward's and spent his academy years at Leicester Tigers. He signed for Sale Sharks in the summer of 2016, making his professional debut in the September. After three seasons at Sale, Paolo signed for Wasps in 2019. In his first outing for the club he scored six tries at the 2019 Premiership 7s, helping the team reach the final. Paolo became the Premiership Rugby 7's all-time top try scorer in 2019, and has represented England at U18 and U20 level and was called into the England Senior Test team for the 2021 Six Nations.

Arinze Okemuo (2019)

Arinze Okemuo

Arinze Okemuo is a rugby player who plays as a lock and is one to watch out for in the future. Currently studying medicine at the University of Newcastle, Arinze made his first-team debut for Newcastle Falcons in their match against Northampton last month. Arinze was the KES 1st XV rugby captain and part of the Worcester Warriors Academy, where he made his debut for the U18 team against Newcastle Falcons in January 2019.
