Sports Careers Evening

As part of the Careers Network we hosted an event for Old Edwardians and parents involved in the Sports Profession to share their experience with current pupils from KES.

A large number of boys at King Edward's are passionate about playing sport both in and out of school, but they often do not consider how they might work within sport once they have completed their education. We are hoping to help boys and their parents understand the very wide range of sports-related professions which are available to them. These range from playing sport professionally to sports journalism, sports medicine, event management, sponsorship, psychology, marketing and more. If you are working in a sports-related area of any kind and would be prepared to share your experiences and career journey with our pupils, we would love to hear from you.

The evening started with a panel discussion followed by an opportunity for questions and a drinks/canapé reception.
